• Perform high-quality live music on piano or violin according to the approved hotel schedule.
• Create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere that complements the hotel’s luxury environment.
• Perform a diverse repertoire, including classical, jazz, lounge, contemporary, popular and instrumental music as appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming and uniform standards.
• Demonstrate excellent stage presence and professional interaction with guests.
• Perform during special occasions, private functions, weddings, gala dinners, themed evenings and hotel events when required.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage, Events and Entertainment teams regarding performance schedules and requirements.
• Attend rehearsals, sound checks and musical briefings as required.
• Ensure the instrument and any related musical equipment are properly maintained, handled and stored.
• Maintain a high standard of punctuality and be ready to perform at the scheduled time.
• Adapt the volume, tempo and style of performance according to the venue and guest environment.
• Work collaboratively with other musicians, performers and hotel colleagues when required.
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and standards of professional conduct.
• Represent the hotel in a courteous, professional and respectful manner at all times.
• Participate in hotel entertainment activations, seasonal programs and promotional events as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties related to the position as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pianist, violinist or professional musician.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, lounge or premium hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Strong technical ability and confidence performing live in front of international guests.
• Good knowledge of a wide range of musical styles and genres.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed and confident personality.
• Strong sense of timing, musicality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and special events.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
