Housekeeping Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at Kahler Grand. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including room cleanliness, public areas, and laundry services.
• Train, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand and quality standards.
• Manage the scheduling, payroll, and inventory of housekeeping staff and supplies.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets and control costs related to housekeeping supplies and staffing.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $50,000 - $60,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
