YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR INTERN

During your internship, you will support the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping team with the daily operation of the department. You will help maintain quality standards, coordinate tasks, and ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well presented. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments and contribute to an efficient guest experience while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Conduct regular inspections throughout the hotel to monitor cleanliness and safety in public areas

• Carry out administrative tasks

• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards

• Handle guest complaints in line with hotel procedures

• Support with additional task

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public, holidays as a hotel we operate 24/7

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities

• Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset

• A service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for quality and detail

• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adopt a proactive, solution-driven approach.
