HR Admin Executive

We are currently inviting an HR Admin Executive to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Join our team TLT: Innovate, Collaborate, and Excel!

Reports To: HR Supervisor

In this position, you will:

Recruitment (40%):

• Conduct full cycle of recruitment process for the Vietnam plant with a strong focus on blue collar roles (production workers, technicians) and support hiring for back-office positions.

• Develop potential talent pool including the use of job boards, LinkedIn, local recruitment agencies, community networks, etc.
• Coordinate and support hiring managers through the interview, assessment, and selection processes.

Administrative Operations (30%)

• Manage day-to-day administrative services, including cleaning, meals, transportation, security, and factory supplies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

• Handle incoming documents, correspondence, and packages, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant recipients.

• Verify and process administrative expense payments, including utilities, stationery, services, repairs, rent, vehicles, and business trips, ensuring timely payment and avoiding late fees or service disruptions.

• Prepare monthly administrative expense reports and maintain accurate records.

Reception & Visitor Support (20%)

• Manage employee onboarding logistics, including ID cards, onboarding kits, access rights, and seating arrangements.

• Issue and track work tools and company assets, including phones, SIM cards, stamps, uniforms, lockers, and PPE.

• Coordinate visitor services, including meeting arrangements, transportation, accommodation, F&B, and immigration support.

• Plan and coordinate company events and activities, including business trips, meetings, dinners, outings, and team-building activities.

Other (10%)

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• 1-3 year of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication skills are a pluplus.
