HR Business Partner Viking Assistance Group

Viking Assistance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner for our operations in Fuengirola.

We are seeking someone with broad HR experience who enjoys a business-focused role covering recruitment, onboarding, support for managers and employees, and HR process development.

The position is based at our Fuengirola office. We particularly welcome candidates already living in Spain.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key HR resource for our Fuengirola operations. You will support daily HR activities and help develop our working methods and processes.

The role combines operational HR work, recruitment and business-focused support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment and support throughout the recruitment process

• Employee onboarding and offboarding

• Ongoing HR support for managers and employees

• Payroll support and administration relating to employment, absence, compensation and other HR documentation

• Supporting managers with difficult conversations, follow-ups and employee relations matters

• Advising managers on performance, procedures and employment law matters

• Employer branding and employee experience

• Employee learning and development

• Improving HR processes and procedures

• Other HR tasks based on business needs

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in HR and recruitment who is ready to take broad responsibility in a business-focused HR role.

You are confident when working with managers and employees and can manage your work independently. You are also flexible, solution-oriented and comfortable handling different types of HR matters.

You demonstrate integrity and sound judgement and can support both daily HR matters and sensitive employee relations cases.

We would particularly welcome candidates who:

• Have broad HR experience, including recruitment

• Hold a relevant qualification in HR, personnel management or a related field

• Understand payroll processes and HR administration

• Have experience supporting managers with employee relations matters and difficult conversations

• Speak a Scandinavian language and English

• Are independent, organised and trustworthy

• Enjoy working in an international, business-focused environment

Experience in an international organisation or with HR work in Spain is an advantage.

Location

The position is based at Viking Assistance Group’s office in Fuengirola, Spain, and requires an on-site presence.

We particularly welcome candidates already living in Spain.
