As an officer, you will be responsible for using psychological principles and theories to improve workplace productivity, morale, and employee well-being to ensure our employees meet their goals and the organizational infrastructure is strong.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency.
  • Performance appraisal, coaching and career development.
  • Assess job performance of individuals and their teams.
  • Training, learning and development.
  • Employee relations and motivation.
  • Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for.
  • To develop employee personality and skill assessment tests.
