Employee Relation Officer

UK’s leading Translation and Interpretation Company,TRANSLATION EMPIRE, is looking for an Employee Relations Officer to join our team. As an officer, you will be responsible for using psychological principles and theories to improve workplace productivity, morale, and employee well-being to ensure our employees meet their goals and the organizational infrastructure is strong.

Responsibilities:

• Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency.
• Performance appraisal, coaching and career development.
• Assess job performance of individuals and their teams.
• Training, learning and development.
• Employee relations and motivation.
• Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for.
• To develop employee personality and skill assessment tests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and positive attitude.
• IT skills as you will use online assessment platforms to manage projects.
• A proactive and creative approach to work to produce and create imaginative training packages and solutions to work-based issues.
