HR Director

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions and support organizational growth. The HR Director will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing benefits and payroll oversight, resolving employee concerns, supporting managers with coaching and performance issues, and ensuring a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Director will collaborate with executive leadership to improve retention, strengthen workforce development, and guide organizational planning.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, solid knowledge of HR best practices, and experience in healthcare or multi-site environments. Bachelor’s degree required
