Hiring: HR Generalist

We’re looking for a HR Generalist to join us at Telia. I'm Rasa Ketvirte, leading People Support team, and I'm currently looking for a HR Generalist to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. This is an opportunity for those interested in the field of HR and enjoy helping others succeed!

What you’ll do:

• Advise and support employees and managers across the Baltics and Nordics with HR-related issues via live chat and ticketing tool (ServiceNow)
• Work with HRIS system (Workday) for daily operations and issue resolution
• Participate in the onboarding journey for new employees
• Support colleagues in additional HR areas, including employee and organizational master data, reporting, and other administrative tasks
• Contribute to common services assignments, expanding expertise and knowledge within the HR field

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is solution-oriented, customer-centric, proactive and strong in communication and collaboration.

• Strong interest in HR and motivation to develop expertise in the field
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with Workday is considered an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position – 1760 – 1900 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
