About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in managing day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes, stakeholder management, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding, probation, and confirmation
• Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and maintenance of HR
• Coordinate new joiner sessions, employee connect initiatives, and HR
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles, including data collation and follow-
• Assist with employee communications, documentation, and adherence to HR
• Support execution of employee engagement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including managers, employees, and HR
