Job Purposeالهدف الرئيسي من هذا الدور هو التحكم بكافة عمليات التوظيف واختيار كفاءات الشركة، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق أقصى درجات الكفاءة عبر تقييم ومتابعة أداء الموظفين وتنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير. من الضروري أن يكون للمدراء المهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع القضايا الخاصة بالموظفين بما يضمن تأمين بيئة عمل ايجابية وصحية.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- إدارة الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية والقانونية في الشركة
- تنظيم وتطبيق عمليات التوظيف واختيار الكفاءات
- تقييم ومتابعة أداء الموظفين
- تنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير
- التعامل مع قضايا الموظفين وحلها
- الإشراف على جميع الإجراءات الإدارية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية
- إنشاء لائحة نظام العمل داخلي
- إعداد الوصف الوظيفي وفقًا للهيكل التنظيمي للشركة
- التعرف إلى التشريعات والأنظمة الخاصة بسوق العمل السعودي
Qualifications
- خبرة في إدارة الموارد البشرية
- مهارات في التوظيف واختيار الكفاءات
- القدرة على تقييم أداء الموظفين
- القدرة على تنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير
- القدرة على التعامل مع قضايا الموظفين
- مهارات في الإشراف على الإجراءات الإدارية
- الخبرة في إنشاء لائحة نظام عمل داخلي
- القدرة على إعداد الوصف الوظيفي
- معرفة بالتشريعات والأنظمة الخاصة بسوق العمل السعودي
