Job Description: HR Manager
We are seeking an operational HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, organizational development and payroll.
Support the development and implement of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures
Manage HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Be responsible for payroll
Support change management

· Experience in manufacturing, operations, or fast-paced environments preferred and willingness to - incidentally - travel to other Signode
