Day to day tasks
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties
- Act as HRBP and be the bridge of communication for local & group level
- Design & implement the execution plans for promote corporate culture, performance review & staff engagement
- Review and refine the company policies
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Responsible for ad-hoc HR projects e.g. system development, review of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Foster employee communications, organization of company functions and employee relations activities
- Responsible for office management & administration functions.
- Any other tasks as deem necessary by manager

Requirements
what we expect from you
- 5 years of experience in HR supervising role
- 2 years’+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/ or Bamboo HR is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.
- Immediately available will be an advantage.
- 1、5年以上HR經驗;
- 2、薪資作業(實際作業)2年以上;
- 3、對資料敏感,工作細緻,條理清晰;
- 4、適應性高、執行力強、抗壓能高,具高溝通、協調能力,以完成任務為目標;
- 5、HRIS使用NUEiP、Bamboo經驗者佳;
- 6、英文需中等以上,精通者尤佳。
