We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Officer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns professionally and confidentially
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Coordinate performance management processes and training initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Understanding of HR best practices and procedures
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
