Tasks

Where you’ll contribute – and what you’ll learn

• CV screening & interview coordination – You’ll be the first to review incoming applications and schedule interviews ** while discovering** how recruiters spot potential and maintain a smooth candidate journey.
• Onboarding & offboarding – You’ll organize day-one logistics and farewell checklists ** while learning** how thoughtful details create a memorable employee experience.
• HR administration – You’ll keep records and HRIS data up to date ** and gain** a keen eye for compliance, data accuracy and digital workflows.
• People projects – You’ll lend a hand on engagement surveys, learning sessions or employer-branding campaigns ** and see** how people analytics translates into real initiatives.
• Payroll & benefits inputs – You’ll collect monthly changes, visa paperwork and benefit enrolments ** and understand** the checks that keep salaries and perks running on time.

Requirements

• You’re studying HR, Business or a related field and can commit 20h/week for ~ 6 -12 months
• Passion for HR fundamentals: accuracy in admin, respect for confidentiality and an eye for process improvement.
• Clear, friendly communicator in English (Portugese is a plus).
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, switching between detail work and people interaction.
• Genuine excitement for sustainability and our mission to revolutionise the food system.
