Job Description:

• Searching suitable candidates as per company’s requirements.

• Managing complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.

• Coordinate with Candidates and HR.

• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-up with candidates.

• Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Social Platform, emails, professional networking, head hunting and Campus Recruitment.

• Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.

• Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.

• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and completing the formalities.

• Candidate should be well-versed in HR Policies and Company’s Act.

Qualifications

MBA, MIB, PGDM Candidates can apply.
