About the Program

The Huawei Nordic Talent Bridge connects exceptional PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and young professionals from the Nordic region with Huawei’s global research network in Asia, including R&D centers and research institutes in Mainland China and Hong Kong.

We provide a unique opportunity to join Huawei’s world-leading innovation teams, working on next-generation technologies such as AI, wireless communication, cloud computing, and green energy systems.

You will collaborate with top scientists and engineers worldwide and experience a dynamic, cross-cultural research environment that blends global perspectives with Asian innovation energy.

Who We’re Looking For

• PhD students, postdocs, or young professionals with PhD degree

• Academic backgrounds in STEM fields such as:

  • Wireless communication / AI / Machine learning

  • Computer science / Cloud computing

  • Power electronics / Energy systems

  • Applied physics / Mathematics

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is not required)

• Curious, open-minded, and motivated to explore international research collaboration
