Human Resources Manager

Role Summary
Lead the HR function to deliver effective HR strategies, programs, and services that support business objectives, employee development, engagement, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management and Corporate HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs.

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, employee relations, and performance management.

• Manage labor relations, collective bargaining, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, relocation, talent management, succession planning, and expatriate HR processes.

• Develop and implement training and workforce development initiatives for national and expatriate employees.

• Manage and develop the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.

• Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

• Manage HR budgets and resources while driving continuous improvement.

• Daily report to Zijin HQ.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of HR management experience.

• Experience in a unionized and multicultural/international environment.

• Strong experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, compensation and benefits.

• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
