Randstad in Franklin has an immediate Direct Hire opening for a Human Resources On-boarding Specialist for a large a fast paced corporate office located in Brentwood.

In this role, you will be providing support with all employee hiring processes to include on-boarding, offer letters, screenings and a variety of others duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Bachelor's degree along with one year of experience in office related environment

- Solid computer skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment

- Enjoy working in a team setting

- Professional and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
