What You'll Do

  • Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential heating and cooling service, maintenance, and installations.
  • Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
  • Safely use HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.



Requirements

  • Must have completed HVAC school or an accredited HVAC training program.
  • EPA certification is required.
  • Candidates currently enrolled in school who have not yet completed their program will not be considered for this position.
  • Must be able to provide proof of EPA certification upon request.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs as needed.
  • Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor/outdoor job sites and varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely operate tools/equipment and follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.


Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Flexible weekend availability as needed


Compensation

$18–$20 per hour
