What You'll Do

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Ensure every installation meets Bonfe's high standards for workmanship and safety
• Perform final quality inspections and system testing
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Document work and job details using ServiceTitan
• Collaborate with dispatch, service technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective solutions
• Stay current on industry technology, products, and best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• EPA Certification
• Journeyman licensing or advanced HVAC certifications
