Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in Mishawaka, Indiana, serving customers within approximately a 20–30 mile radius

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment

• Inspect HVAC systems and components for proper operation, safety, and performance

• Clean and maintain HVAC equipment as part of routine preventive maintenance

• Check system operation and identify potential issues during maintenance visits

• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting within your level of training and experience

• Use HVAC tools, meters, gauges, and maintenance equipment safely and correctly

• Identify equipment that may require additional diagnosis or repair

• Complete required maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed

• Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally with customers

• Follow company procedures and established safety practices

• Continue developing your HVAC technical knowledge through training and hands-on field experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of HVAC experience

• EPA certification preferred, but not required

• Company assistance available to obtain EPA certification if needed

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass DMV and background checks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to safely perform HVAC preventive maintenance and use applicable HVAC tools and equipment

• Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
