HVAC Service/ Turnover Technician

Responsibilities:

• HVAC Turnover Tech- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and replace compressors and motors
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide technical support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of each job performed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in Residential HVAC Service
• EPA Universal Certified
• Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
• May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
• May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
