Implementation Specialist

Retail Information Systems currently has an opportunity for an Implementation Specialist. This role will include computer hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting and other technical aspects as well as inventory management, shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities:

1. Hardware configuration
2. Hardware troubleshooting & resolution
3. Software configuration
4. Shipping & Receiving
5. Documentation of hardware and software inventory
6. Physical Inventory
7. Management of loaner hardware
8. Management of rental hardware
9. Management of supply orders

Qualifications

1. 3 years related experience
2. Retail Pro experience a plus
3. Good communication skills
4. Strong Customer Service skills
5. Problem solving skills
6. Computer hardware and software analysis
7. Ability to adjust priorities and changes
