Industrial Electrician

Rinvio is hiring experienced Industrial Electricians for heavy industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting work in the Wilton, Iowa area.

Pay: $35-$50/hour, based on experience

Location: Wilton, IA

Schedule: Full-time industrial project/plant support work; schedule and overtime may vary by site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and MCCs

- Support electrical maintenance on heavy industrial equipment such as cranes, conveyors, furnaces, motors, and production systems

- Diagnose faults in VFDs, soft starters, 3-phase motor systems, and related controls

- Read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical documentation

- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting in a fast-moving industrial environment

- Execute lockout/tagout procedures and follow strict industrial safety protocols

Requirements:

- Industrial electrical maintenance or troubleshooting experience

- Strong experience with high-voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and 3-phase motors

- Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics

- Comfort troubleshooting heavy industrial equipment and production systems

- Strong safety mindset with lockout/tagout experience

- Reliable transportation to the Wilton, IA area

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
