Responsibilities:
- Business Development: You develop the wood composites business across EMEA and drive profitable growth.

- Market Development: You keep a close eye on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Representation: You represent Chem-Trend at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: You have experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management within the wood composites industry.
- Commercial Strength: You combine strong commercial understanding with excellent negotiation skills and a clear focus on profitable growth.
- Customer Focus: You build long-term customer relationships and are confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Personality: You bring an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach and take ownership of your responsibilities.
