We are currently seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Groveland center. In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active infants and toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose.

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals

• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
• Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset

• Collaborating with your co-teacher on curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and monthly newsletters
• Keeping parents informed via the Class Dojo app and classroom boards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly classroom environment
• Leading age-appropriate, engaging activities to encourage participation
• Handling daily classroom cleaning, including toys, tables, floors, bathrooms, trash, and next-day setup
• Supporting free play, outdoor supervision, bathroom needs (toilet training, diapering), meals (bottles, heating, cutting food), and naptime
• Following the daily classroom schedule
• Tracking children's progress and completing developmental assessments
• Maintaining EEC professional development hours and PQ registry
• Attending monthly staff meetings
• Building positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
