You'll thrive in this role if you have:

EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required

Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting

Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals

As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials

Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities

Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families

Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment

Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime

Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments

Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry

Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
