What you'll do :

  • You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
  • You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
  • You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
  • You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month.
  • You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
  • You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
  • You are structured and organized.
  • You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
