Information Security System Engineer - Chinese Speaking

About the Role

We are seeking an Information Security System Engineer - Chinese Speaking to support information security and IT system management at our Thailand operations. This role will be responsible for IT access control, software and system management, data security compliance, security inspections, employee training, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure compliance with information security requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage computer installation, software access, file permission management, and the complete computer lifecycle from registration and deployment through disposal.

• Monitor and manage access and usage processes for systems and platforms such as SVN, NAS, enterprise WeChat, USB devices, and other information security-related services.

• Support company data classification and information security compliance requirements.

• Manage data transmission compliance and security requirements for public terminals, production line terminals, office terminals, and other designated IT terminals.

• Conduct regular information security inspections and identify potential security risks or violations.

• Prepare and deliver information security awareness materials and training to employees.

• Monitor, report, and follow up on information security incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.

• Support weekly factory security inspections and coordinate improvement actions.

• Manage and follow up on 5S activities within the Thailand factory and conduct regular inspections and improvement tracking.

• Coordinate with the Thailand Data Center, Quality Assurance Department, Information Security representatives, and 5S personnel from relevant departments.

• Communicate information security requirements to relevant teams, collect required information, and follow up on implementation and compliance.

• Prepare reports and maintain records related to information security inspections and compliance activities.

• Follow up on other tasks and projects assigned by the department.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Experience related to information security, IT systems, data security, system management, or IT compliance is preferred.

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Fluent in Chinese, with HSK 4 or above preferred.

• Good command of Thai; English communication skills are an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good understanding of information security, access control, data protection, and IT system management.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
