Job Description:

  • Reach out prospects by Email marketing, Cold calling, LinkedIn and other online Prospecting tools.
  • Cold call targeted prospects in the US and UK followed by rigorous follow ups.
  • Getting past the reception/gate keeper on board line numbers or direct numbers to C-level executives like CEOs, CTOs, R&D managers, Product managers, Project managers etc.
  • Effectively pitch Volansys portfolio by offering Product engineering & development and Software solution services.
  • Strike effective conversation during introductory calls and set up appointments and meetings with the business team.
  • Help in contacts and database generation following a pre-defined process using online portals, event/exhibition database and in-house data extraction tool.
  • Maintain own accounts, leads, potentials and progress sheet.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly target for lead generation, No targets for revenue generation.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ work experience in International Sales with Product engineering or IT company only
  • Prior engineering services business lead generation experience is MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills with good presentation and logical reasoning skills
  • Comfortable doing database generation, email marketing and cold calling campaigns
  • Comfortable with Google search, LinkedIn and Microsoft excel to build prospects database
  • Hard working, energetic and passionate about sales, someone who show lot of enthusiasm talking to prospects and understand their pain points
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders throughout the sales-cycle
  • Technical knowledge and exposure to Embedded Systems - HW and SW/Video surveillance/Networking/Wireless technology would be a plus
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce or Zoho CRM would be a plus.
  • Can work in Evening Shift, No Night Shift.
