What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to our existing base of florist customers. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities to help our customers expand their use of BloomNation's offerings, ultimately driving greater value for their businesses. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, is passionate about building relationships, and is driven to exceed targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Engage with existing florist customers to promote additional services and products that align with their business goals.
  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking in Salesforce.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of BloomNation's suite of products and articulate their value to customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve our offerings and customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • What We’re Looking For In You:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build relationships with SMBs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with florists or small businesses is a plus
