Description of tasks:

Coordinate between Sales and other Departments to achieve pre-defined targets

Give full support & solve the problem for assigned customers

Approach customers about our company’s products and services.

Make joint sales visits to customers with sales representatives / account owners occasionally to solicit feedback to improve service level and able to meet customers’ needs

Retain good relationship with existing customers and grow our share of wallet

Approach new customers when assigned

Search for competitive costs from relevant parties to win businesses.

Search for business opportunities to improve company’s net return.

Follow up Sales Strategies and prepare quotation to customers.

To take up additional assignments/tasks as assigned

Daily Operation Jobs:

Getting new order/shipment included with instruction from customer and preparing in further operations process

To send overseas the complete instruction for shipment handling.

To keep monitoring, tracking and controlling shipment running on appropriate schedule.

Assist quotation & email correspondence. If any.

To coordinate with both overseas and local customer service & customs team in day-to-day operations.

To expedite shipment run smoothly

To check correction for all shipping document.

Pre-alert sending related documents to customer.

To keep customer updating in their shipment status.

Daily problem solving

Proactively communicate with customer in any problems occurred.

To provide customer professional solution.

To be a contact window person of customer for all concerned matter.

Handle contingency works with sense of urgency and reasonable.

To coordinate with accounting team for monitoring in billing process and all outstanding payment from customers.

Manage, control, develop and maintain the overall corporate with customer engagement.

To ensure customer satisfaction in company service level.

Personal Qualification:

Has at least 3 years' experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development / Sales.

Has experience in Freight Forwarders or Shipping company

Proven track records in professional business development

Strong Customer Service mind

Sales-oriented with operational conscious

Result-oriented and strong in following up

Self-confident with positive attitude

Strong Negotiation skills

Convincing presentation skills in Thai and English.

Dynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious

Self-Motivating

Willingness and ability to travel

Able to work under pressure

Special Knowledge:

Freight forwarding industry

Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

FM3000 know-how in related functions.

S.P.O.T. / Salesforce / CRM know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally

Fluent in English language

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor degree in Major of Sales & Marketing or Major of Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 1 years’ business development/ Sales experience
