Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales & Sales Support to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients through various communication channels, and providing administrative and marketing support to the sales team. Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through email, phone calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.

• Research, gather, and verify prospect information to qualify sales opportunities.

• Schedule meetings and appointments with key decision-makers.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Assist in closing sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.

• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

• Provide administrative support for sales activities, including preparing presentation materials, product activations, and event coordination.

• Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns (EDMs), event invitations, LinkedIn content, and other marketing materials.

• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned by management.
  

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, business development, or lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with an IT-related degree are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong phone etiquette and professional email communication.

• Comfortable interacting with clients and building professional relationships.

• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Salary Package: Php 28,000 - Php 32,000 / Monthly
