About this role

This is a unique opportunity to join a differentiated independent research platform in growth mode—with meaningful momentum across research, corporate access, buy-side engagement, research votes, wallet share and institutional distribution.
Successful candidates will work alongside proven industry leaders and top producers while helping build the next phase of the SRP franchise.
WHY SRP?
Since launching in 2021, SRP has rapidly expanded its research platform, with additional senior analyst hires expected to be announced in the near future. We are entrepreneurial by design, senior-led and purpose-built for the evolving institutional research landscape.
Our platform includes:

• Senior research talent previously from Bernstein, BMO, Barclays, Credit Suisse/UBS, Evercore ISI, KeyBanc, Piper Sandler, RBC and Wells Fargo
• More than 500 corporate access and expert events annually
• 10+ multi-sector and industry-specific conferences each year
• Independent fundamental research, differentiated industry insights and actionable investment ideas

• Relationships across more than 4,000 institutional accounts
• More than 200 experienced sales and trading professionals across the capital structure
• Asset management and global equity and debt capital markets capabilities
• Fixed-income and derivatives research
• Investment banking
• A comprehensive corporate access platform featuring multi-sector and specialized conferences

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking entrepreneurial, highly motivated professionals who:
• Understand the evolving needs of institutional investors
• Value differentiated research and high-quality corporate access
• Can develop trusted, long-term client relationships
• Embrace accountability, collaboration and change
• Want to help build—not simply inherit—a growing franchise
Senior candidates should bring established institutional relationships and a demonstrated record of driving client engagement and revenue.
Associate candidates should possess strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in the equity markets.
We believe the future belongs to entrepreneurial professionals who embrace change. If you are interested in joining a platform purpose-built for the future of institutional research, we would like to hear from you.
