Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with overseas institutional clients, private funds, hedge funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Focus on expanding high-quality client resources and ensuring stable business contributions.
- Monitor trends in the China, Hong Kong, and US equity markets, including capital flows and sector shifts. Provide clients with professional market analysis and investment advice.
- Deliver comprehensive institutional equity sales services, including sharing research, arranging roadshows, coordinating trades, and conducting post-deal follow-ups to address cross-border investment needs.
- Work closely with internal research and trading teams to provide clients with customized, one-stop capital market solutions.
- Engage in daily client communications and market updates, organize business data, identify potential opportunities, and strive to achieve both personal and team sales KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in equity sales or institutional brokerage. Preference given to candidates with established overseas client resources.
- Market Proficiency: Strong understanding of China, Hong Kong, and US stock market mechanisms, rules, and industry trends. Must be well-versed in cross-border equity investment logic and trading strategies.
- Client Resources: Ability to expand overseas client resources, particularly in the APAC region, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English for business communication, negotiation, and document preparation.
- Comprehensive Quality: Demonstrates sharp market insight, excellent communication and business development skills, a target-driven mindset, resilience under pressure, teamwork, and solid financial professionalism.
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related fields. Relevant financial certifications are advantageous.
