Role Summary
As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of learning content, translation processes, and content governance activities. You will help ensure learning materials areaccurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with ING standards.

You will be part of a learning and development function that supports global stakeholders across ING. The team focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences,maintaininglearning content, and continuously improving learning processes and platforms.
WhatYou’llDo
• Support the creation, update, and quality assurance of learning content and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate translation and localization activities for learning materials.
• Review and moderate content on ING careers and learning platforms.
• Track project progress,maintainreports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
•Identifyopportunities to improve content quality, workflows, and learner experience.
What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in content, learning, training, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
