• Full-Time Employment: 31-40 hours per week

• Schedule: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM, with weekends as necessary

Your New Role

• Work as a full-time Insulation Tech based in Kent, Ohio 44240

• Work as part of an insulation crew installing residential and commercial insulation

• Complete insulation installation according to project specifications and company procedures

• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment safely and effectively

• Follow job-site safety procedures and established quality standards

• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Work efficiently with crew members to complete assigned insulation projects

• Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within a one-hour drive of Kent, OH

• Maintain dependable attendance and contribute to a productive field crew

Requirements

• High school coursework

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related skilled trade

• Ability to work effectively as part of an insulation and field installation crew

• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and job-site equipment

• Ability to follow project instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Dependable attendance and availability for a 6:30 AM-3:30 PM schedule, with weekends as necessary

• Ability to work on residential and commercial insulation projects throughout the Northeast Ohio service area

• No specific licenses or certifications required
