Insurance Specialist - Consumer and Commercial

Randstad Staffing in Cool Springs is currently hiring for an Insurance Specialist with experience in auto, home, life, property and/or commercial insurance. We currently have two separate openings and are looking for individuals who have strong client relationship skills, the ability to quickly generate quotes and the drive to assist team members with additional needs.

• Create quotes in multiple insurance systems for agents and customers
• Engage with customers who have questions about quotes, policies and claims
• Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely matter as most requests are submitted via email or in an internal portal
• Utilize an Excel Spreadsheet to maintain and update information regarding quotes, claims and policies
• Reach out to leads to solicit new policy holders
• Maintain a positive, responsible and empathetic attitude with all customers, clients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Current P&C License preferred
• Experience with automobile, personal and homeowners insurance preferred
• Experience with Commercial Lines insurance preferred
• MUST be able to pick up on new software quickly
• MUST have the attitude and drive for achievement to help others and pick up new projects as assigned
• Experience in an agency is preferred
• Sales experience is a plus

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
