The Role

As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and integrating all project disciplines, ensuring effective communication across design, construction, commissioning, and client teams. The role focuses on maintaining project alignment, managing interfaces between trades, and driving the successful delivery of key milestones while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, monitor, and report on the planning and execution of all integration activities across each phase of the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the planning, execution, reporting, and delivery of all integration scopes and project milestones.
  • Identify, document, and manage construction phasing deliverables across all associated MEP systems.
  • Prepare and issue bi-weekly progress reports covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Integration Execution Plan to ensure alignment of project activities and objectives.
  • Chair both internal and client integration meetings, promoting collaboration, accountability, and effective communication.
  • Oversee compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process, ensuring all procurement activities meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the client on snagging, commissioning, and handover activities to support timely and successful project completion.
  • Participate in weekly design workgroups and project workshops, providing integration updates and technical input as required.
  • Coordinate and support installation scheduling and site onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, approved method statements, and all associated project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years' proven experience in site-based project management within the construction industry, with experience delivering data centre or pharmaceutical projects considered highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-paced project environments.
  • Experience in telecommunications design and installation is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive successful project delivery.
