About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, intuitive, and relationship-driven Recruiting Manager to join e.l.f. Beauty. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on direct sourcing, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and building effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for talent, someone who can identify “unicorn” candidates who will thrive in and elevate our fast-paced, high-performance, and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify standout, high-potential talent who will succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market insights, and guide decision-making
- Effectively manage stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes efficiently
- Promote and represent the e.l.f. Beauty employer brand in all candidate interactions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
- Strong direct sourcing capability, particularly via LinkedIn
- A strong instinct for talent, with the ability to spot high-potential “unicorn” candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience delivering a high-quality candidate experience
