• You actively support the Country Manager in identifying and successfully unlocking new business potential in the DACH region
• Creating precise, target-group-oriented translations with the perfect tone for the German-speaking market
• Close collaboration with the Market Operations & Development team in the areas of logistics, content, and marketing
• You contribute to strategic projects as well as market analyses and provide valuable input for the further development of the DACH markets
• Independently taking ownership of sub-projects in daily operations with a direct impact on the customer experience

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Media/Communication Sciences, or a related field
• Native-level German skills and business-fluent English for daily work in an international team
• Initial practical experience or a strong interest in e-commerce, project management, and operational processes
• Strong communication skills, enjoyment of collaborating across different departments, and a high degree of initiative
• A structured, independent working style and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
