Internship

Join the A-Team as an intern! At AmeriLux, our top priority is to find a position that makes you feel fulfilled and challenged. Through the AmeriLux University internship program, you’ll work with a specific department and learn what it means to be a true A-Team member. We’ll support your growth, professionally and personally, throughout your education. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of AmeriLux through constant team interactions, executive-level lunch and learns, group happy hours and outings, and chances to meet our executive team on a personal level.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with your leader to establish “What Success Looks Like” (WSLL). Your WSLL will be tailored to your individual position and growth.
• Learn about our products and the various divisions across the AmeriLux Family of Companies.
• Discover your role and how you’ll operate within your team. Our leaders will guide you through projects and day to day tasks.
• Build relationships with the A-Team.
• Wrap up the summer with a presentation to the AmeriLux leadership team showcasing what you’ve accomplished and learned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a college or university
• Interest in one or more of the departments listed above
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A positive attitude. We believe work should be fun, and we hire people who help emphasize that.
