Internship - Legal & Licensing Department

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Support the licensing team in preparing and submitting necessary documents to government authorities.
• Conduct research on legal matters and licensing requirements relevant to the renewable energy sector.
• Help maintain and organize the legal documentation and files for easy access and reference.
• Participate in meetings and take notes for discussions regarding ongoing legal and licensing projects.
• Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in legal and regulatory aspects, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
