Join our growing team

Join our Stockholm team for an M&A internship during approx. 20 weeks starting in January 2027.

What you'll do

• Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
• Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side projects and current mandates
• Work on pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, as well as management presentations
• Conduct market, industry and company research
• Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses

About you

• Top academic performance in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with at least 4 semesters completed
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a highly focused team environment
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Previous experience in corporate finance, appreciated but not required
