Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Junior Intern da inserire nel nostro team di Customer Care a Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), per uno stage di 6 mesi

In questo ruolo potrai conoscere da vicino tutte le nostre tecnologie (Idraulica, Tecnologia lineare, Tecnica di Montaggio e Automazione) e imparare a gestire le attività chiave del back-office commerciale in un contesto strutturato e collaborativo.

Di cosa ti occuperai in affiancamento al team:

• Supporto Back-Office: Attività di inserimento dati (data entry) e gestione documentale.

• Procurement: Supporto nel monitoraggio degli approvvigionamenti e degli ordini.

• Gestione reclami (Claims): Supporto nella ricezione e tracciamento delle segnalazioni dei clienti.

• Reportistica: Utilizzo di Excel per supportare il team nell'estrazione dati e report di base.

Qualifications

Cosa cerchiamo:

• Diploma o Laurea (anche triennale).

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel.

• Precisione, buone capacità relazionali e motivazione ad imparare.

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
