We are partnering with an established investment management company with a strong track record across real estate investments.

The company is looking to strengthen its investment team by bringing in an experienced Investment Manager. The role will focus on evaluating investment opportunities, developing financial and transaction scenarios, and contributing to the execution of significant real estate transactions. The successful candidate will combine strong financial modelling capabilities with sound commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to investment analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse potential real estate investments and assess their financial and commercial attractiveness.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and return assessments for existing and potential investments.
• Participate in transaction processes and contribute to the evaluation of different deal structures.
• Analyse financing alternatives and assess key investment and transaction risks.
• Research relevant markets, sectors and comparable transactions to support investment decisions.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear recommendations and presentation materials for decision-makers and business partners.
• Work with different stakeholders involved in investment and transaction processes.
• Contribute to improving analytical methodologies, tools and workflows, including the use of data, automation and AI solutions.

Your profile

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, investment analysis, transaction advisory, M&A, corporate finance or a comparable field. Strong candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply.
• Genuine interest in real estate, investment markets and the commercial drivers behind investment decisions.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong quantitative academic background – finance, economics, mathematics or another relevant discipline.
• Ability to independently structure complex analytical tasks and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the broader commercial picture.
• Curiosity, ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
• CFA qualification or ongoing CFA studies would be considered an advantage.
