Chief Executive Officer (Commercial Real Estate Portfolio)

A leading commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the next stage of value creation across a portfolio of premium office and commercial properties.

This role extends beyond traditional property management. The CEO will drive portfolio performance, maximise long-term asset value, strengthen commercial results and ensure operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Portfolio & commercial strategy

• Define and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the portfolio.

• Maximise occupancy, rental income, tenant retention and overall asset value.

• Identify opportunities to reposition assets, optimise performance and support future commercial developments.

• Partner with shareholders and the Board on portfolio strategy and growth opportunities.

Property & operations

• Build strong relationships with tenants and lead key lease negotiations.

• Oversee property operations, technical maintenance and fit-out projects through internal teams and external partners.

• Drive operational excellence, cost optimisation and digitalisation, including AI-enabled process improvements.

Leadership

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for commercial performance, asset management and property operations.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who has

• Executive leadership experience in commercial real estate, asset management, property management or real estate investment.

• A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to increase occupancy, attract tenants and grow asset value.

• Solid understanding of commercial leasing, property operations and investment economics.

• Experience leading organisational transformation, digitalisation and operational improvements.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership skills.
