IOS Developer Intern

Translation Empire, the UK’s leading translation and interpretation company, is excited to offer an opportunity for an **iOS App Intern **. This role is perfect for aspiring developers who want hands-on experience in designing, testing, and maintaining iOS applications. You will work closely with a skilled development team, contributing to high-quality applications while learning industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of iOS applications.
• Support in debugging and resolving issues in the application code, including performance and usability concerns.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate on developing new features and functionality.
• Work with the development team to ensure applications meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in iOS application development.

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with iOS application development using the Swift programming language.
• Basic knowledge of iOS development frameworks and tools, including Xcode, CocoaPods, and Git.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Exposure to third-party libraries and APIs is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in the application code.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and a creative, strategic approach to addressing challenges.
