Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the technical platform to ensure good availability, performance, and security.
- Perform regular network, system, and database management functions such as resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, and security administration.
- Provide friendly and helpful 1st and 2nd level user support, keeping IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status and escalating when necessary.
- Resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support for O365,VMware, Linux, etc.
- Update job status promptly in ticketing and activity tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of IT support experience for Financial Services / Professional Firm/ MNC , etc.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
- Have programming experience or understand programing language is a plus
- Dynamic Working Environment
Working Hours:
- 5-day work shift arrangement from Monday to Sunday
- 9 AM to 9 PM WFH on Saturday and Sunday
- 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday
