Position overview:

We are strengthening our IT/OT capabilities to ensure our assets are secure, compliant, and future-ready and is seeking an IT Infrastructure Security Manager who will plan, audit, and guide the implementation of IT infrastructure across our renewable energy sites.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure in our power plants: from planning and design, through auditing existing installations, to managing implementation and ensuring compliance with national and European cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

As an IT Infrastructure Security Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Audit and Optimize: organise audits of current IT infrastructure in operating power plants (network, servers, security, access, documentation); identify gaps and non-compliance, and propose improvements.
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with national and European cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with cybersecurity, compliance, and technical teams
  • Manage implementation of IT infrastructure with internal teams and external vendors – preparing implementation plans, setting acceptance criteria, and overseeing testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Requirements

  • A University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure implementation / project management (preferably in industrial or critical infrastructure environments).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).
    • IT security principles.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and locations.

It is a strong plus if you are:

  • Experienced in OT/industrial environments (SCADA, PLCs, industrial protocols).
  • Familiar with European cybersecurity and data protection frameworks and/or energy sector regulations.
  • Experienced in managing external vendors, integrators, and service providers.

Benefits

This is a great opportunity if you want to:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of secure, compliant IT infrastructure across critical renewable energy assets in a fast-growing international company.
  • Benefit from a company car, health and accident insurance, free parking with EV charging availability, Friday breakfasts and snacks, learning and development opportunities as needed, one-off payments for important life events, and additional discounts across various products and services.
  • Be part of the renewable energy transition by supporting projects that make a real impact on sustainability and environmental protection.

Monthly salary: From 4200 eur gross. Final compensation is subject to mutual agreement. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
